Every transaction made at sawsandtools.com is protected through a secure server (SSL) and is 100% safe. All personal information is encrypted including your name, credit card number, address, phone number and email address, making it impossible for a third party to intercept your personal information. We consider information about you strictly confidential and do not make it available to anyone outside of our company.
Privacy:
sawsandtools.com may ask for the following information about you and your organization. First and last name, company name, email address, mailing address, phone number and other information. This information is required as a necessary part of completing our database and will not be sold or provided to any third parties. Your email address and phone number are required should we need to contact you regarding your order.
Taxes:
We are required by law to add GST and PST to all orders placed in Ontario, Canada. GST will be added to all orders placed in Canada and HST will be added to orders placed in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. Orders outside of Canada will not be charged tax. Please select the correct tax region when checking out - taxes are based on the destination address of the package, not the billing address. If the wrong tax region is selected, a $5 administrative fee will be charged.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 10 days of receipt. All freight is quoted as per specifications on our website. If you need a rush order or would like express delivery, please contact orders@sawandtools.com. For international shipments outside of Canada or the Continental US shipping rates are quoted individually, email orders@sawandtools.com for details.
Back Orders:
Back orders will be filled as soon as the stock arrives. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Please take note when items are listed as out of stock we make no guarantees on when the item will be shipped.
Order Acceptance:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Prices:
sawsandtools.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, sawsandtools.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original order. If the cause of return is a product malfunction as determined by our staff, we will offer a full refund. All other returns will be given an exchange only; customers will pay all shipping costs. Please email returns@sawandtools.com before submitting an exchange or return and we will instruct you on how to ship back the products.

SERVICES AND GOODS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
